TERMS OF CONTRACT

  • The permitted age of the driver is greater than 23 years.
  • The Rental vehicle is not allowed to go off the unpayed road.
  • The Lessee agrees to identify,defend and hold, harmles the Lessor.
  • There is no ilegal item or material in the car, for any item or material found in the car is the rensponsibility of the renter.
  • Any damage caused under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances is not covered by the insurance company.
  • Serious negligence of the driver is not covered by the comprehensive insurance .
  • There is no comprehensive insurance coverage without an evidence police report
  • In any case of an accident involving this vehicle the lessee is responsible for fullfillment and completion of relevant procedures in accordance with rules and laws of the place where the accident occurs. The tenant has the obligation to notify the police immediatly competent to inform the lessor and personally withdraw the valid copy of police report or court decision. It is absolutely mandatory for the lessee to deliver to the lessor all the documents related to the accidents in order to enable the lessor to apply insurance coverage of the vehicle.
  • Tire cracks, defects are not covered in the compehensive insurance caused under the car, glasses and fuel. Maximum coverage policy is from 70-80%. Insurance with 100 % full coverage according to the agreement.
  • Travelling outside the border of Albania always with the confirmation of the lessor in the case agreement.

Obligation Of The Client:

  • The renter pays an extra 10 euros euros if the vehicle needs to be washed and 50 euros if it has been smoked inside the car or washing upholstery.
  • The lessee pays 250 euros in case of Key loss
  • The lessee pays 200 euros in case of loss of License Plate
  • The lessee pays 200 euros in case of loss of Traffic Permit

Jurisdiction And Venue:

  • The renter pays an exIn case of any dispute of this agreement, this contract will be interpreted by Albanian laws and any lawsuit or arbitration mus be brought in the court of the Republic of Albania. If any part of this rental agreement is found to be unenforceable by a competent court, the rest of the agreement remains in full force and effecttra 10 euros euros if the vehicle needs to be washed and 50 euros if it has been smoked inside the car or washing upholstery.

  • Mosha e lejuar e shoferit me e madhe se 23 vjec
  • Automjeti me qira nuk eshte i lejuar te dale jashte rruge te paasfaltuar.
  • Qiramarresi pranon te demshperbleje, mbroje dhe te mbaje te pa demtuar qiradhenesin.
  • Ne makine nuk ndodhet asnje send dhe material i pa ligjshem, per cdo send dhe material qe gjendet ne makine pergjegjesine e mban qiramarresi.
  • Cdo dem i shkaktuar nen efektin e alkolit ose substancave narkotike siguracioni kasko nuk te mbulon.
  • Pakujdesite e renda te drejtuesit te mjetit nuk mbulohen nga siguracioni kasko.
  • Nuk ka mbulim siguracioni kasko pa raport policie avidence.
  • Ne cdo rast aksidenti qe perfshin kete mjet qiramaresi eshte pergjegjes per permbushjen dhe plotesimin e procedurave perkatese konform rregullave dhe ligjeve te vendit ku ndodh aksidenti. Qiramarresi ka per detyrim te njoftoje menjehere policine kompetente te informoje qiradhenesin dhe te terheqe personalisht kopjen e vlefshme te raportit te policise ose vendimit te gjykates. Eshte absolutisht e detyrueshme per qiramarresin qe te dorzoje tek qiradhenesi te gjitha dokumentet ne lidhje me aksidentet ne menyre qe te behet e mundur per qiradhenesin aplikimi i mbulimeve nga siguracionet e automjetit.
  • Qiramarresi detyrohet te mbuloje/ paguaj cdo shpenzim kosto extra qe lidhet me aksidentet: si sherbim karotreci, proceduren e marjes se dokumentacionit te automjetit kur bllokohet nga policia, proceduren e rimarjes se automjetit si dhe per cdo dite qe automjeti qendron i bllokuar si pasoje e aksidenteve kur policat e sigurimit nuk i mbulojne keto aspekte dhe shpenzime.
  • Ne siguracion kasko nuk mbulohet carja e gomave , defektet e shkatuara poshte makines, xhamat dhe ngaterrimi i karburantit. Maksimumi i mbulimit kasko eshte 70-80% . Siguracion me mbulim te plote 100% sipas marveshjes.
  • Dalja e makines jasht kufirit te Shqiperise gjithmon me pohimin e qiradhenesit ne rast dakordesimi

Detyrimet E Klientit:

  • Qiramarresi paguan extra 10 euro nese nevojitet larja e automjetit dhe 50 euro nese provohet pirja e duhanit ose larje tapicerie.
  • Qiramarresi paguan 250 euro ne rast humbje celesi.
  • Qiramarresi paguan 200 euro ne rast humbje targe.
  • Qiramarresi paguan 2Qiramarresi paguan 200 euro ne rast humbje te lejes se qarkullimit.00 euro ne rast humbje targe.

Juridiksioni Dhe Vendi:

  • Ne rast te ndonje diskutimi te kesaj marveshje kjo kontrate do te diskutohet nga ligjet shipetare dhe cdo padi ose arbitrazh duhet te ngrihet ne gjykaten e Republikes se Shqiperise. Nese ndonje pjese e kesaj marveshje qeraje eshte gjetur te jete e pa zbatueshme nga nje gjykate kompetente pjesa tjeter e marveshjes mbete ende ne fuqi dhe efekt te plote.
